My order wasnt delivered and I cant reach anyone on the phone number listed. I have the order number and date but cant get thru on phone.

im a Nike member and i order quite often, i went to use a promo code, and it wouldnt work at all, so i went online and looked up promo codes, and i found where Nike members can get a 30% family and friends discount each season, select members, ive been a member for some time and order a lot, and never seen a discount like that, so i contact customer service just to inquire about the girl i got was harsh, and abrasive, and just acted rude, i had to leave the chat she upset me so badly, like i wanted to fly to the chat and knock her out, so i decided id report her later, i got a girl named princess, and she wasnt much better she was lazy and just didnt want to do her job she was in a rush. So i was like ill try to resolve it the next day, well I waited for almost 4 hours and and i get a guy named David he wouldnt even let me write out my issue, before he left the chat, then i get another girl a hour and half later, she was nice but she was new and had only worked for Nike for 3 months so she didnt understand but was willing to learn at least, so she went to her escations team and we waited for over an hour and half, i finally told this girl listen i need to go to bed its 12:30am, i had been dealing with customer service since 6:00pm earlier that day, so the next morning i contact them again, and i get this one girl who was a complete *** i told her how long I waited, shes like there is no way you waited that long, and you got a 20% promo code, thats not even what they offer normally, and she went on to basically call me a liar, so shes like im going to have the higher ups at Nike contact you, so I get a email from one of those emails that you cant respond back too, that I cant have a promo code.

After the long waits and rude *** behavior nothing, welll then Christmas Day, I had to contact through the phone, know even know this guy was true, i bought some Christmas gifts in august, my step kid was picky, but the customer rep made comments that she needs to be grateful and Nike doesnt return for size control and pickiness, and my husband whos over protected heard it, like he was right, but like my over enabling husband heard it. And i heard it too.

Like at this point in time ive had such a a horrible customer service experience, id like a decent discount or im leaving as a Nike member customer, and i order often im pretty loyal, im not a liar, and I dont need sarcastic responses, get some customers reps that are kind, good grief the world has enough ugly. Decent discount or Im leaving as a customer

Purchased a $150 Nike gift card but the gift card number could not be verified by Nike. Was told I would receive an email with a link to send a photo of the gift card and request a replacment card.

NO email was sent! Now I have a $150 Nike giftcard I cannot use!!

Very bad, i pur hasard a pair of shoes Nike air force one for my kid for a total amount of 172$ due to a manufacture defect I had to Return them Nike issued a coupon crédit of 150$ only no taxes and no shopping amount of 20$which I paid from m'y Pocket and now they are Making it very difficult to another one i have to go Mirabel or downtown Montreal
