My daughter received a gift at Christmas from her uncle who lives away and works in the military. Unfortunately they were the wrong color converse shoes and we wanted to exchange them without bothering him for the receipt.

When I called customer service as instructed on line, I received the instructions to do so. I returned them as instructed for the exchange. Almost one month later, there are no shoes sent back to us. I called and experienced a 25+ minute wait time to speak to a representative.

Upon discovery by the representative, Nike credited my brother-in-laws account instead of processing the exchange. He was unaware of this. I followed the exact instructions they gave me to avoid him knowing about the exchange.

Now Nike tells me to contact him because they made a mistake! Essentially they would do nothing to rectify there error.

"there error" , if it were, which it is not, would be "their error".

This all happened because darling got an unlivable color of shoes.

And then YOU LIED and went out of your way to PERPETUATE YOUR LIES.

It is all your fault and I really hope you're good and embarrassed.
