I have ordered on line recently about 2-3 months straight due to Covid. I have returned items three times that were either too small or too large.
And in return I order the correct sizes. The last order to return was shoes in 1 box and a satin jacket, 2 pair of joggers and multi colored sweatshirt in the 2nd box. I had an email sent you that Nike received the shoes only and sent a refund. I have called headquarters and customer service multiple times and ever time I am directed to someone who claims they have no idea who to speak yo or they just drop the call altogether!..
There is a missing box of merchandise that was either stolen at the UPS store or from Nike.
I have a return slip that says I dropped off two boxes! I have also sent a complaint to the Nike app and no reply!.
