I had a horribble experience with nike outlet and nike.com i went to the outlet the sales rep said i can order these online since there were none in stock i stressed the fact that i needed them by saturday and placed the order monday i stressed that i would pay for expedited shipping comes to find out he never added the shipping i went online to the chat at nike.com and stressed the fact that i needed them by saturday and i will pay for the faster shipping or what are my options the rep on the chat stated that i will receive them prior to that date and not to worry i told him it is Wednesday there was no way he was sure they will come thursday comes i receive an email with the tracking number and the package was set to arrive that monday which is passed the day i needed it i went again on the chat and the rep informed me that i needed to contact ups i informed her there would be no point she then started to inform me they would contact ups and send me an email with the outcome i informed the rep if i can purchase them again with the rush delivery she stated they do not have that service that is false they do so i called the coperate office because this is just bad service the rep on the phone stated you will be taken care of and i need to get a rep that handles orders and i will let them know what is going on then tranfer you i was on hold for an hour to get a supervisor on the phone to say im sorry there is nothing i can do if you want return them if you dont want them it was a waste of time a horrible experience nike reps are unprofessional and make no effort to fix the problems they create i kept all transcripts of the chat to show i was lied to and mislead and still nothing all i heard was thank you for your feedback really thats it two days and hours of my time

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). Roscoe323arzate is overall dissatisfied with Nike. The most disappointing about delivery service at Nike was bad customer service , but reviewer liked products. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

So I decided to check the tracking for the shoes and they took it upon themselves to hold the package at the usps location and not deliver it Noone ever notified me that I can pick it up I swear these people are jokes

So it has been 24 hours and I was assured I would recieve a resolution email and sorry I am not surprised that I did not receive one
