I received a pair of shoes for Christmas, I have worn them twice and they still fit tight. Can I return the shoes?I worn the shoes once and they felt tight, however, I thought they time to adjust to my feet.

I have worn them a second time and they still fit tight. Can I return these shoes to the store?

With your Nike Membership, you have 60 days to try it on, try it out, and see if it's perfect for you. If at any point during those 60 days you decide it's just not right, you can return your order or exchange the item for another size or color.
If you are a Nike member you should:
  • sing in your account,
  • on your orders page on Nike.com, scroll to one of the items you’d like to return and tap "View or Manage" to open the order,
  • select "Return Items." If you’re viewing your orders in the Nike App, tap "Return Order" under the item you want to send back,
  • provide a reason for each and hit "Submit Return",
  • choose how you want to return the item.

I purchased them at a local retailer and do not have a Nike account. What is my next step we love the bike brand but are extremely disappointed with this

I purchased a pair of shoes and received them with one being discolored. They are supposed to be white but one is noticeably yellow, like it was sitting g out as a display maybe in the window???

I am stuck with these shoes. Can I send them back to headquarters for a replacement?? The store I purchased them from refunded the money and just gave me the shoes because the style I purchased is completely sold out. I want the shoes I ordered?

How do I get my free stuff for doing surveys.

Why is it that I continue to do all of these Nike surveys to get free socks ,shoes, clothes and gift cards and I still have not received anything from Nike? I am continuosly filling out surveys and whatever it takes to get the item and I still wait patiently hoping today will be the day.But nope , I guess I would just really love to have some name Brand shoes and clothes that are not bought at the goodwill
