Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was refunded in full. I do NOT recommend this company again.
These shoes were meant for my daughter's year-end prom! The tracking showed that the order is with the carrier, which is Aramex. I called them and was told that the parcel is lost! This has been going on since 20/11/2025, when I followed up to check where my order was.
It is now 22/12/2025, and when I call the Nike helpline, I am either being disconnected or told that the case is under investigation. I have requested a refund, and I am still waiting as I did not receive the parcel.
We had to make another plan to make my daughter's day special. The worst service ever!

The material is pulling away from the toes of the shoes! The shoes are extremely comfortable; just need better material maybe?
I have had three pairs of these, two white ones and one blue one. The blue ones' air pocket got a leak after about 3-4 months of casual wear.
The other white ones' air pocket got a leak about 6 months in. This last pair of white ones I have had about a year and a half, and the air pocket is good, but the material is not.

This company don’t give a dime for their customers and it all about money. Other companies are more open to resolve problems such as Skechers or Adidas.
I called today to ask for a birthday discount and was about to purchase an Air Force shoe for my grandson, whose birthday is tomorrow. The person did not speak English well, but I was denied, and I asked to speak with the supervisor, and I was kept on hold forever.
Then the supervisor said they would call me, and I said I needed to talk to the manager and not respond. I called back and explained my situation again, stating that I have spent a lot of money and need to speak with the supervisor. The person said that I was cut off from any privileges, and I said, "What are you talking about?" More reason was needed to speak with a supervisor. I was denied the opportunity to speak with the supervisor or manager to clear my situation.
Could you please take a look at my situation and email me the facts on why I have been cut off, as the person said? This is how your company treats a customer who has spent a lot of money with your company.

I was beat out of $500.. Nike doesn't give a ***
I have noticed a severe decline in the quality of them over the years, yet the prices never fall. I recently bought 2 more pairs, paying almost $500 in all. I'm far from rich and shouldn't have spent that much, but I do value having good shoes. Anyway, both pairs are junk.
So uncomfortable I can't even wear them. One, the plastic in the back that apparently supports the shoe has already broken through the inside lining and now I can't even wear them for more than a few minutes without them tearing up my heels. The plastic rubs and scrapes the back of my heels, literally tearing the skin and causing big sores. And that's even with socks on.
I've been a lifelong Jordan supporter, and they've always been my favorite shoes. I've spent thousands over the years buying them.
Never again! Jordan will not get another dollar or good review from me anymore!

Via the Nike app, I was given the 29th of November, then received an email stating that it would be the 4th of December. I checked the app today, and it told me the 6th, so I was a little concerned.
But my call today assured me it would be by the 6th at the latest.

My grandma bought me a pair of shoes from a store she dont remember where and she lost the receipt shes older has bouts of dementia. So I went to the Nike store today. I have all my receipts and they were doing a promotion where if you spent $100 then you got $50 in a gift card back so every hundred dollars you spent.
$50 gift card well they told me it was every $150 I spent I got a $50 gift card which is incorrect. It says right on the gift card and I spent $206 on one receipt $164 on another receipt and I believe $152 on a separate receipt so added that up altogether Im pretty sure thats over $500 so I shouldve got five $50 gift cards and they only gave me three so I dont know if I need to call in and talk to somebody or if we can text back-and-forth and resolve this but I would like my issue resolved because I was not treated fairly whatsoever and Im very unhappy customer and I clearly spend a lot of money at your establishment in business and you can even go check my account.

I use mine my wife weve used her sometimes and our son will use his You know stuff up and you can go check and verify that if you want to how about how much Your guys store so I mean to be really cool if something was done about this or else Im gonna stop wearing Nike thats for sure

I work for Nike customer service and this promo was only in stores and caused so many issues because people would call us on Nike.com to either use it online (which was not possible) or to complain about stores. It stinks because the stores work somewhat independently of Nike.com so many of their processes are at their discretion.
The person at the store may have misunderstood the promo or ripped you off but either way, I'd be upset too.
Even though customer service couldn't get you another gift card, we can escalate your feedback about the store employees and you can be contacted back about it. I would recommend this.
