Nike - I got ripped off. Would like the issue resolved and treated properly.

So I went to the Nike store today. I have all my receipts and they were doing a promotion where if you spent $100 then you got $50 in a gift card back so every hundred dollars you spent.

$50 gift card well they told me it was every $150 I spent I got a $50 gift card which is incorrect. It says right on the gift card and I spent $206 on one receipt $164 on another receipt and I believe $152 on a separate receipt so added that up altogether Im pretty sure thats over $500 so I shouldve got five $50 gift cards and they only gave me three so I dont know if I need to call in and talk to somebody or if we can text back-and-forth and resolve this but I would like my issue resolved because I was not treated fairly whatsoever and Im very unhappy customer and I clearly spend a lot of money at your establishment in business and you can even go check my account.

I have a couple me. I use mine my wife weve used her sometimes and our son will use his You know stuff up and you can go check and verify that if you want to how about how much Your guys store so I mean to be really cool if something was done about this or else Im gonna stop wearing Nike thats for sure

I work for Nike customer service and this promo was only in stores and caused so many issues because people would call us on Nike.com to either use it online (which was not possible) or to complain about stores. It stinks because the stores work somewhat independently of Nike.com so many of their processes are at their discretion.

The person at the store may have misunderstood the promo or ripped you off but either way, I'd be upset too.

Even though customer service couldn't get you another gift card, we can escalate your feedback about the store employees and you can be contacted back about it. I would recommend this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Promo code

Original review Dec 27, 2024
im a Nike member and i order quite often, i went to use a promo code, and it wouldnt work at all, so i went online and looked up promo codes, and i found where Nike members can get a 30% family and friends discount each season, select members, ive been a member for some time and order a lot, and never seen a discount like that, so i contact customer service just to inquire about the girl i got was harsh, and abrasive, and just acted rude, i had to leave the chat she upset me so badly, like i wanted to fly to the chat and knock her out, so i decided id report her later, i got a girl named princess, and she wasnt much better she was lazy and just didnt want to do her job she was in a rush. So i was like ill try to resolve it the next day, well I waited for almost 4 hours and and i get a guy named David he wouldnt even let me write out my issue, before he left the chat, then i get another girl a hour and half later, she was nice but she was new and had only worked for Nike for 3 months so she didnt understand but was willing to learn at least, so she went to her escations team and we waited for over an hour and half, i finally told this girl listen i need to go to bed its 12:30am, i had been dealing with customer service since 6:00pm earlier that day, so the next morning i contact them again, and i get this one girl who was a complete *** i told her how long I waited, shes like there is no way you waited that long, and you got a 20% promo code, thats not even what they offer normally, and she went on to basically call me a liar, so shes like im going to have the higher ups at Nike contact you, so I get a email from one of those emails that you cant respond back too, that I cant have a promo code.

After the long waits and rude *** behavior nothing, welll then Christmas Day, I had to contact through the phone, know even know this guy was true, i bought some Christmas gifts in august, my step kid was picky, but the customer rep made comments that she needs to be grateful and Nike doesnt return for size control and pickiness, and my husband whos over protected heard it, like he was right, but like my over enabling husband heard it. And i heard it too.

Like at this point in time ive had such a a horrible customer service experience, id like a decent discount or im leaving as a Nike member customer, and i order often im pretty loyal, im not a liar, and I dont need sarcastic responses, get some customers reps that are kind, good grief the world has enough ugly. Decent discount or Im leaving as a customer

Dude, I like your shoes however they suck. I haven't paid no less than $170 for a pair of Nikes in 5 years.

Every single pair I have bought has failed on me within 5 months or less. I don't understand how you can charge so much money for a shoe that's a flop. I know you personally aren't the people that make them but whoever makes them and sells them they should be ashamed of themselves because they are robbing people. No questions asked hands down straight up robbing people.

The last pair of shoes I got from you guys was over $210 and they failed and go flat within 2 months. It isn't like I'm jumping out of two story buildings or anything. I'm just walking trying to strut my stuff and it ain't happening brother. I'm super pissed.

Somebody should probably get back to me with some kind of solution. That would be great thanks

All Nike sneaker raffles and drops are rigged!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
All Nike sneaker raffles and drops are rigged!

So they just released the Travis Scott Jordan Medium Olive yesterday. Days before the raffle, people were already posting online pictures of all the TS Jordans that had been backdoored.

Then, on top of that, when they have these raffles, a bunch of people/retailers are using bots. From what I've seen since yesterday, I'd say 80-90% of these shoes went from Nike right to the secondary market where they sell for three times the original price. Most people can't afford to spend $500 on a pair of shoes that they should have been able to get for $150. Nike is fully aware of the problem and does nothing about it.

I spoke with them before the shoe launch, telling them the same thing, and basically, they didn't care. I spoke with several people on IG who were selling these shoes and they all told me they received them backdoored and used bots. One guy said he had gotten 20 pairs from a well-known retailer at cost, then with his bots, he got 6 pairs from the SNKRS raffle. I spent at least 12 hours that day entering about 50+ raffles and tried to get them on SNKRS and the TS website raffle, but failed to secure even one pair of these shoes!

I once again spoke with Nike about this, and still, they didn't care. I tried to have the Nike representative give me the contact information for someone higher up in Nike to see if I could get somewhere, but they wouldn't give it to me. Something needs to be done so regular people can buy these shoes at regular prices. This has been an ongoing problem at Nike and I'm sure other shoe manufacturers.

It's the worst at Nike.

Moreover, they could produce enough of these shoes to ensure everyone can get them, but they choose not to, which drives up the prices. The picture I attached shows a room filled with backdoored TS Jordans.

Preferred solution: A pair of the Travis Scott's medium olive size 13 that I should've gotten yesterday from one of the 50+ raffles, snkrs raffle, and the raffle on Travis Scotts website!

I ordered my package through Klarna and my address is correct up there. However, Nike sent my package to the wrong address.

Then, instead of calling to confirm the right address, they just dropped it off there. Their excuse was that the address didn't exist. Well, if that's the case, why send it out at all? Or, call the number on the package?

But no, they just let UPS drop it off wherever and left it. Now they're blaming me, saying I didn't provide the right address.

Nike lost our daughter’s custom-made Sabrina shoes

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We ordered a pair of Sabrina shoes that our 15-year-old daughter customized as part of her Christmas gift this past Christmas (Dec 2024). She plays competitive basketball and was looking forward to wearing them for upcoming games.

However, after a month and a half of waiting for her shoes to arrive, and without any updates throughout that time, I called Nike to get an update, and that's when a rep told me they lost her shoes and cannot locate them. The Nike rep then tells me they will contact us in another week to give us an update and only offers us 20% off to spend more money at Nike. A week has passed and still no update. This is completely unacceptable and not the Nike experience we were expecting at all!

I have tried to reach a Nike rep online, and no luck yet. We are very disappointed and shocked at the way Nike has treated us as a customer.

We would kindly like to ask for a full refund at this point and have our daughter's Sabrina shoes shipped to us as soon as possible. Thank you.

Their nothing but a lie

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Original review updated Dec 25, 2024

Wow I just personally witnessed Nikes little draws are all rigged. As soon as the draw opened up it would not open up on the computer.

As soon as the source was changed on the computer to make it look like it was coming from a mobile phone bam it popped up immediately. Their site and draws are so rigged it's unreal me and my husband just witnessed it first hand. See it pays to have someone know a lot about computers and what they don't realize is people are smart enough to see their bs and that's exactly what this is. I have spent thousands in the last month with them and bc I know now just how rigged their site is ill never buy another thing from them and I'm fixing to return every bit of what I've purchased in the last month bc that's how sorry they are.

They will be lucky if they don't see me in court over their fraudulent self. It's all set up and witnessed it first hand several times. It should not come to you can only get these shoes if your purchasing from a cell phone that's absolutely insane and messed up. Yall are the biggest lie I've ever seen.

You really are. Every bit of yalls site is setup and fake bc a normal person waiting at 9am for a draw really has no chance especially if your using a computer bc its all rigged and set up. I seen it myself. Believe me or don't I really don't care I'm just trying to help you not get in the position I was in bc its a real *** one to be in and especially when in reality you had no chance on a computer to begin with.

It shouldn't just be available to someone purchasing on a mobile device and unfortunately some of the draws are exactly like that. The fact I witnessed it set up myself I'll never waste another dime with their fake self. The fact I seen their site fully rigged myself that's not only wrong that's illegal bc your essentially judging who gets them and who doesn't and someone shouldn't be judged in order to purchase a pair of shoes and everyone should have the fair chance at them and unfortunately it's nothing near like a fair chance it's all rigged. I'll never look at nike the same.

Their nothing but a lie. This is ridiculous really.

Sad that a normal person has no fair chance in any of the draws bc you have the site setup and rigged. Say what you want I personally witnessed it and so did my husband.
