I wash my shoes and left them dry on the sun, they look like new, I put them took my daughter and drove to the golf course, when I arrived walking forward the tea box the whole entire heel stabilizer and Eva midsole fail apart, I couldn't believe that just happened, I was embarrassed by the people that saw me struggle to maintain balance, I wasn't affected physically but the fact that I still remember that moment I was affected psychologically, I remember picking up the pieces of the shoes and taking my daughter back to the car and back home. Not only I was an embarrassment but also a good day with my daughter got to ruin since it was the first time she and I were going to play together.
Unfortunately I don't have a second pair and my frustration took over emotions.
If there is anything that can be done for the terrible moment I encounter for product quality can be a replacement for the shoe I just lost, or credit to get another pair since I still need a pair, and since this was the first time I encounter an incident with NIKE I don't think I will go through something even remotely to the experience I just went through If by any means I get another discomfort.
I believe on NIKE products to be of high quality, and the core values to be always the best and go above and beyond expectation, this is why I'm willing to get a replacement or credit instead a refund. Hope a positive answer with come soon.
