25 days has passed since i asked for a return of the parcel, but until now nobody contacted me and courier didn't called me. I have contacted nike on chat support 5 or 6 times to ask details for my refunds, or why the courier or nobody contacted me yet, and all what they say to me is to wait another 3 or 5 days for elite team or higher team to contact me on mail.
But nobody contacted me!
Now i asked two times again, where i can make a complain about this situation, and they just left the support chat and didn't given me any information requested by me.
I asked nicely again for my refunds on email, I don't want to wait another month to get my money back. I loose my hope that this will happen, so I ask for the details where i can open a complain against nike and how this company treats the buyers and how support team treats clients, their respone is attached bellow.
They don't give a *** about us!
